2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Vendor and admin accounts may require additional identity verification.
3. Marketplace Rules
- Vendors must list products truthfully, including price, stock, and delivery commitments.
- Customers must place lawful orders and provide valid shipping information.
- BizLink may remove listings that are misleading, illegal, or policy-violating.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through supported providers. Platform fees, commissions, and settlement timing may vary by plan or vendor tier.
A completed order does not guarantee instant payout. Payouts are subject to validation and fraud checks.
5. Prohibited Use
- No fraudulent activity, unauthorized access attempts, or abuse of APIs.
- No sale of prohibited goods or services.
- No upload of malicious software or harmful content.
6. Suspension and Termination
BizLink may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, payment abuse, or legal compliance requirements.
