1. Return Window

Most items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Serial numbers and accessories must match original shipment.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods and custom-made items.
  • Digital products after download or activation.
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

4. Return Process

  • Submit a return request from your order page.
  • Vendor reviews and approves or rejects the request.
  • Once approved, ship the item with provided instructions.
Return shipping fees may apply depending on reason for return and vendor policy.

5. Refund Timeline

After returned items are received and verified, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes and Support

If a return dispute arises, BizLink support may review order history, chat records, and evidence from both parties to provide a final decision.
